High View is a spacious Edwardian 2 bed 2 bath holiday apartment with stunning views over historic Southwold, Suffolk. High View is the perfect base to explore Southwold on foot; we are located right on the High Street, a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the harbour. Elegantly decorated with stunning period features throughout. The appartment is well appointed to meet all your holiday needs.

Parking & Balcony

We have off road allocated parking, a rarity in Southwold but a must, particularly in summer.

​

We have a spacious south facing balcony overlooking Sacred Heart Church and the common with views out to the sea. Perfect for watching the sunset.  

​

Living area and kitchen

​

Our living room offers views of the High Street, Southwold lighthouse and St Edmunds Church which is beautifully lit up each night. There is a comfortable seating area, TV with streaming services and dining table. Good WiFi is available throughout the premises. 

​

The separate kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, dish washer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and washer/dryer.

Bedrooms 

​

There are 2 separate bedrooms on the premises.

​

The master suite has a king size bed, stunning period features and en-suite shower room. 

​

The newly refurbished second bedroom has zip and link beds that can be made up as either a twin or king. It has beautiful views overlooking Sacred Heart Church and out to the sea. 

​

All towels and linen are provided and are 100% cotton.   

​

Bathrooms 

​

There are 2 separate newly refurbished bathrooms on the premises. A family bathroom with bath and shower over the bath and a separate en suite shower room off the master suite. 

Kid friendly

We can happily provide a travel cot on request. A high chair, bed guard, toys (including beach toys) and games are all available on the premises. We have some great tried and tested activity recommendations for families visiting too.

High View is a pet free premises.
